She now applies her knowledge and expertise to serve her property clients with the same passion and excellence for which she has become known.
Margy’s outstanding achievements include founding MNA, a groundbreaking training company dedicated to equipping agents and principals with the compulsory qualifications through the pioneering RPL process, preparing them for the Professional Designation Exams and Continuous Professional Development (CPD) points with the PPRA. As CEO of MNA, an accredited Private FET Institution, Margy engaged in strategic partnerships and collaborated with industry bodies and leaders like IEASA, REBOSA, SAPOA,, and the Services SETA Property Chamber. Her advocacy and professionalism played a pivotal role in shaping positive changes within the landscape. She received numerous well-deserved accolades and awards for her leadership and business acumen, such as the International Investors in People Award, and Top Women in Business Awards, was a founding member of the Women Presidents Organisation in SA and served on the Western Cape Institute of Directors Committee.
While managing her two companies she simultaneously studied part-time at UCT’s Graduate School of Business, leading her syndication team to win the Business Challenge, top Business Plan and graduated with Hons from the Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Property Studies)

Lee’s journey started as a Front Office Manager on Fregate Island, honing her customer service skills. She transitioned into luxury real estate, founding and managing two successful companies for RE/MAX. Under her leadership, these agencies excelled in property sales, leasing, and management services.
At RE/MAX Helderberg, Lee’s agents managed a substantial rental pool and maintained properties to the highest standards. She also provided a range of personalised services, from laundry collection to airport pickups, creating a top-tier concierge experience for clients.
Between 2010 and 2017, Lee’s business experienced significant growth, expanding her team from 10 to 50 agents. Her office consistently received recognition, earning the top RE/MAX office Western Cape Award for five consecutive years by 2017, before selling her business and retiring to the Seychelles.
